With the contact box the thing i would suggest is get a picture of yourself on your hard drive. Go to http://www.imageshack.us they host pictures for free and then when you do your profile where it says tables use the URL you get from the image hosting site and bingo you have a custom contact box. and with the profile you can do the same thing get a picture of what you like and upload it and then use a profile generator to do the work for you.
