ok first go to this site, add it and pick a comment box you would like(they have a good selection)

copy thie code you want and then you have to find you friend id,

to do that you go your myspace home page and click Profile under VIEW MY! (this is located below your picture and display name)

look at the adress bar and at the very end there is a long number like 76619684 or something. this is your friend id.

copy this into the place on the code where it says "PUT YOU FRIEND ID HERE" and your all set,
