My myspace comment box that once worked is now dead. help?

It used to work fine... but , the part where it says "..type and ..style" used to say "%26lt;input type and %26lt;input style" i have corrected it countless times... but every time i save it goes back to the ".." please help me! what could have happened!?!?

one of my friends said comment boxes don't work on myspace anymore, so if she was right that may be why its not working.
