well just go to any layout site, find a comment box you like, and then search online for a good picture of penguins. save it to your computer, go to "www.tinypic.com" and get the code for it, (i usually use the last one). put that in replacement of the picture url that was already there in the comment box code you got. so that way you can put whatever picture you want into the background of the comment box.
